Leaving for school is an odd sensation. I am sad to be leaving my best friends behind yet again. I am happy to be seeing my friends from school for the first time in a while. I am happy to be not working at Redners yet again. I am sad to be having to go to classes once more.
Meanwhile, my room is a mess with all the stuff involving packing. Just got finished packing a stuffed animal that I take everywhere with me (dorky, I know). Also...curiosity = bad thing. Found an unmarked CD in my room, had no idea what it was...now wish I still didn't know what it was. |

Work is being lame. I've gotten like 17 hours over the past 3 weeks. They claim it to be budget cuts, but its really just them fucking up and not knowing what they are doing. 2 weeks ago, I worked a Saturday as the only "regular" cashier for most of a 6 hour time frame. By regular, I mean I'm not counting express lane and the person watching the self check-outs. They've hired 6 new cashiers recently, and we also have a new scheduler that doesn't know what she is doing.
The result of this? Everything is going to hell. Oh well, 5 more weeks and then I'm back at school and not putting up with annoying customers or csm's that I don't really like and that don't like me. Also, I've been pretty bored lately due to lack of work and am becoming too addicted to looking at stuff on lj and facebook. |

I put on a strong face. For the most part, I act like things don't get to me. I try to not be a burden on others...hence my generally infrequent posting on my lj. I wish I could be a close friend to anyone that views me as a close friend of theirs. I can't. I don't think I'm strong enough to deal with certain things. I wish I could be void of emotional attachment like I pretend to be..like I used to be. I wish I had never learned what its like to open up. I wish I could just go outside and scream...anything. Or that I had someone I could talk to.
I'm sorry, but I don't know if I'm strong enough to keep doing this much longer. And I'm sorry for even posting this in the first place. |

What this means:
Raids in WoW are either 10 man or 25 man. The progression of raids for 25 mans is Gruul's Lair -> Magtheridon's Lair -> Serpent Shrine Cavern -> Tempest Keep -> Mt. Hyjal (I think) -> Black Temple.
Lurker is the 2nd of 6 bosses in SSC. Got him on the 3rd try. By contrast, all the previous bosses took waaay more tries. Hydross was 9 tries and one of our faster ones to learn. |

Ok I need help. I need to do an informative speech for my one class on a current social issue that affects society. Topics that are offlimits: religion, death penalty, blood donation, abortion, SUVs, cell phones, nutrition, alcohol/underage drinking, excercise, elderly drivers, file sharing, vegetarianism, obesity, minimum wage, tobacco use. (They are all over-done)

So..even though I still like her a lot, I dont think we'll ever be closer than what we are now. For a majority of each year we'll be away from each other and I dont think I could do distance anymore. We could probably see each other sometimes if we both really tried, but nothing indicates either one of us would be willing to do that. It just sucks knowing we'll never really get our chance. |

So the other day at work (like 2 weeks ago), Katie (the girl I like), asked me to do something for a customer. I jokingly said sure, but that it would cost a hug. It was pretty busy the rest of that night so we didnt get to talk any more than that, and tonight was the first night we worked together since then (boo at the scheduler).
Anyways, tonight around 10ish, when she was leaving, it was pretty dead. Instead of just leaving, she came through my line and said "I didnt forget" and then hugged me. |

Ok so someone pointed out to me that my last lj entry was pretty depressing, so I'm posting something cheery instead now.
Anyways, yay one of my friends is back now. She was gone way too long and I missed her way too much. Its good that she is back. |
